The services of Omicron primarily focused on computer hardware, software, including Microsoft operating systems and LAN services and support. Assigned as a Quality Assurance Monitor he managed a highly sophisticated LAN for over 1000 personnel and 780 computers and servers.

2001 brought about a strategic move by Senter to expand the business operations of Omicron and utilize his expanded technical expertise. Capitalizing on his name and reputation for a high level of service, he desired to develop his firm into a more comprehensive service to his existing customers and the broader market served by Omicron. The name “Kinetic Datacom” was chosen as the new corporate name and Senter retained outside consulting for business development.

Under his direction, Kinetic Datacom has quickly become a leader in network technology design and deployment in the Lewis County region. The firm has been selected by numerous firms to successfully provide a full range of services such as; network design and deployment, web site design and development, consultation for construction projects to the design and installation of a data communications backbone for a pharmaceutical firm.

Senter’s vision for the company is to provide a dimension of planning, service, and value that is not regularly found in most technology service firms. He believes that planning and service is lacking in an industry in which a significant number of technology projects for businesses fail. Senter is proud of his firm’s track record of 100% success for its customers.
